About Qt Creator details missing in Japanese localization

      User from Japan informed that their Qt user and license details are not visible to them in QT Creators "About Qt Creator". We compared differences between English operating system language and Japanese and there are missing details in the Japanese one.
      This can be seen in the attached screen captures.
