"Configure Project" button is obscured by "Updating Locator Caches" pop-up

      Since "Configure Project" button was moved to the bottom of "Configure Project" window, it's now always obscured by "Updating Locator Caches" pop-up.

      If project is relatively big, pop-up could persist for several seconds, making it extremely difficult to properly press the button and continue to work with project.
