As defined under T-1-5 of documentation & tools OKRs for 2025/10-2026/01.  

Conduct the annual developer survey, pivoting from Qt Creator-centric content to a more general approach covering Qt-supported IDEs (and allowing respondents to provide information on other tools that they use). 

The execution of the survey may be outsourced, but Qt needs to provide the structure / questions to be utilized.
