Establishing a connection on IDE start does not terminate (Raspberry Pi via USB, Windows 11)

      When starting Qt Creator, a message popup "Establishing a Connection" appears and reamins for a while. If I go to the device settings, and press "Test", an additional message box with that text appears and shortly after both disappear and the connection is established.
