Always encode .qml files in UTF-8

QML files always have to be encoded in UTF-8: http://doc.trolltech.com/4.7/qdeclarativedocuments.html . However, QtCreator right now defaults to 'System Encoding', and the default can only be changed globally.

I guess we should just hard-code that all .qml files are encoded in UTF-8.
