Choosing the Default File Encoding in Tools/Options.../Text Editor

      By default, when we create a new project in QtCreator, the Default File Encoding is "System".

      it would be really convenient to choose the "Default File Encoding" in the "Tools/Options.../Text Editor" menu. Thus, it would avoid to forget to do when creating the project.
      In addition, select the encoding "system" by default can be very impractical in an environment such as "Windows XP"
