Cocoa: overview page at end of project wizards takes long to show the created files, and sometimes nothing happens when saying ok

      To reproduce in Qt Creator:

      • Open Qt Creator
      • File -> new file or project -> Qt GUI app
      • Click through the pages without moving the mouse directly after clicking the "next" button
      • see how on the last page (Project management) the details ("files to be added") appears only after e.g. moving the mouse
