Harmattan (just like fremantle) has capability to dump crash reports whenever any apps are crashing in the device. Also included is information about system state in general ("rich core" files). "Corematic" web service has been used to publish & resolve the stacks in the past, but I believe there is no reason we can't do the whole thing locally for third parties.

Let's ensure end developers can access these reports comfortably, with resolved stack symbols, from Qt SDK. It also needs to be easy to enable/disable this feature.
