Qt Creator should have per-project or per-file editor settings

    Description

      When users have to edit files from multiple projects that vary in things like tab/space indention, it would be awesome to be able to set those settings on a per project (or per file respecting emacs/vi comments for tab/spacing settings) basis instead of having a global setting for all of qt creator.
