Can't create symbian sis file without a phone connected

In this version (1.1 Tech Preview), for building Symbian apps, the sis file creation is done in the 'Run' step. It used to be in the 'Build' phase. This has caused me many problems, this puts a reliance on TRK/OVI Suite and a connected phone to be able to build the sis file.

I as many other people have experienced a lot of unreliability with connectivity with the phone meaning when it is not working, I am unable to build sis files and install the sis files manually myself. At least in the previous version of Creator, I was able to do build the sis and install manually (bluetooth/filemanager) but now can't even get the sis file.

Please do not place reliance on OVI Suite/TRK just to be able to do an installation. For debugging then fine to have that reliance, but not for simply building the sis file.

On my home computer, OVI suite simply doesn't recognise my phone at all, so can never build there, and on my work computer either OVI or TRK stops responding after short use requiring a phone restart to work again.
