Symbian GCCE is not auto-detected by Qt Creator unless on PATH

    Description

      Unless I have GCCE installed on my path and working, such as:

      SBS=$SDK_ROOT/../../tools/sbs
      SBS_GCCE441BIN=$GCCE4/bin export SBS_GCCE441BIN

      then Qt Creator won't find GCCE4 automagically under the Toolchains global pref.

      This may be related to/caused by/unfinished implementation of QTSDK393.
