Project cannot be opened and error note displays when quickly reopen an existing project a second time

      Steps:
      1. An existing project is saved in PC.
      2. Double click the .pro file to open the project-> The project is opened in Qt Creator, Setup page displays and Finish it with the default setting
      3. Close the project by right click the project name and choose 'Close project'***''
      4. Close Qt Creator
      5. Quickly double click the .pro file again to reopen it->error

      Actual Result: The project can't be opened. Error note 'Unable to send command line arguments to the already running instance. It appears to be not responding' displays.

      Expected Result: The project can be reopened in Qt Creator successfully.

      Comments: The installed package is: Qt_SDK_Win_offline_v1_1_beta_en.exe. The reproduction rate of the error is about 3/5.
