Bug in QtCreator: encoding of files

    Description

      It is a real problem to have to change the encoding of a file manually.
      The Window's default is cp1251 , but the code is written as UTF-8 to
      use it on all OSses the same way. Now each time I open a source file
      with the creator, all German Umlauts are gone, when I forget to change
      encoding
