Can't associate *.h, *.cpp file types with QtCreator

    Description

      On Windows 7 go to Default programs | Set Associations section of Control Panel and select "Change program..." option on selected *.h or *.cpp file extension. Then in opened "Open with" dialog click "Browse..." and go to QtCreator binary path (C:\Qt\qtcreator-2.1.0\bin\qtcreator.exe in my case), press "Open". QtCreator icon doesn't appear in "Open with" dialog. So, I can't make any additional file associations with QtCreator after installation. Bug only began to appear in version 2.1.0.
