Project wizards select wrong toolchain

    Description

      I have MS VS 2005 and 2008 installed on my machine.
      I create a Qt project using the wizard using defaults. I select a Qt version built with VS 2008.
      The tool chain of VS 2005 will be selected for the project. Thus GUI projects can't be built.

      The same will happen when opening an existing pro file.

      Obviously this is a regression from 2.1.
