Steps:
1. Load a project that can be used for debugging.
2. Make one breakpoint at any statements, before witch statements include variable.
3. Use mouse hovered on that variable to wait the variable watch tips shows, and make the tips stay there.
4. Now minimise the qt creator window and check if the tips still there.

Expected results:
The tip not show in any window.

Actually result:
The tip still at the same place on other application windows.
