Alt-O keyboard shortcut for "Switch Header / Source" doesn't work

    • Windows 7. Qt 4.7.2 Visual C++ 2008 build.

      I wanted to set Alt-O for "Switch Header / Source" functionality, just like Visual Assist uses for "Open opposite" functionality.

      The shortcut was displayed as set but in editor pressing Alt-O did not
      have the desired effect.
