Debugging on Maemo impossible

    Description

      It is not possible to debug on Maemo devices with a Creator running on Windows.

      Maemo tool chains are being detected automatically and can't be cloned (QTCREATORBUG-4256). Creator does not detect suitable debuggers for tool chains (QTCREATORBUG-4292). The user can't manually add a debugger to auto detected tool chains.

      We need a way to set up a debugger for Maemo on device debugging.
