Second keybord shortcuts do not work

    Description

      Add a second keyboard shortcut for "Follow Symbol under Cursor", e.g., Ctrl+Alt+J (Cmd+Option+J on Mac) in addition to the current one. The result is that neither of the shortcuts works, but they are both listed in the right click menu.

      It would also be helpful not to allow assigning the same shortcut to multiple commands in Options -> Environment -> Keyboard.
