There is no debugger assigned to the "GCCE from Qt version"

Steps to reproduce:

• delete all the configuration files for Qt Creator,
• run Creator 2.1 from the SDK to create configuration files
• run Creator 2.2 RC
• go to "Options->Tool Chains" and select the "GCCE from Qt version"

Expected result:

• the "Debugger" field of the "GCCE from Qt version" is filled and pointing to the valid gdb-arm-none-symbianelf.exe in the SDK folder

Observed result:

• the "Debugger" field of the "GCCE from Qt version" is empty
