Editing of build paths is pointless if shadow builds don't work

      Targets Symbian device, Symbian device and Maemo (on Windows) can't do shadow builds. Nevertheless when opening a project the target setup dialog allows editing of the respective build paths. This is pointless because editing the paths will make them invalid.
