Console application can't be launched in simulator even if the build target is simulator

1. Create Project... ->Qt C++ Project -> Qt Console Application
2. Select build target as Desktop, run the application. Please refer to pic_desktop.
3. Select build target as Simulator, run the application. Please refer to pic_simulator.
Expected result: The application should be launched in simulator if build target is simulator.
