QtCreator does not apply a relative commit-template-file if it has not been started within PWD

      the git hook scripts are executed with PWD = "repository root dir".
      therefore it is possible to specify a relative commit-template-file (e.g. git config commit.template .git/COMMIT_TEMPLATE), when using git clients like e.g. the linux command line interface

      QtCreator does not apply a relative commit-template-file, if QtCreator has not been started within the "repository root dir"
