Creator should be able to handle SBS v2 directories ending in "\bin"

At the moment, Creator can build projects on Qt 4.6.3 for Symbian^3 only if the given SBS v2 directory does not end in "\bin". E.g. "C:\tools\sbs" is needed whereas "C:\tools\sbs\bin" won't work.

The directory ending in "\bin" should work though, since this is what Creator 2.1 from Qt SDK sets up.
