Cannot add WINSCW tool chain

      I try to add a WINSCW tool chain but I keep failing. The used data:

      Compiler-Pfad C:\Apps\Nokia\Carbide.c++ v2.0\x86Build\Symbian_Tools\Command_Line_Tools\mwwinrc.exe
      System-Include -Pfad <autodetected>
      Systembibliothekspfad <autodetected>

      ABI arm-symbian-emulator-elf-unknown is being detected.
      I don't see any warning but I can't add Symbian-Emulator targets to projects either.
