Wizards do not add Symbian Emulator targets to project

1. Start the wizard to create a Qt Gui Application or a Mobile Qt Application.
2. In the wizard's target setup page, select a Symbian Emulator target.
3. Proceed with the default values offered by the wizard.
   A Symbian Emulator target will not be set up. If you only set up the Symbian Emulator and no other target, a second target setup page will pop up.
