Rebuild automatically when toggling "Link QML debugging library"

      When toggling "Link QML debugging library" in a project's build settings, the project must be rebuilt. I keep forgetting this and I think other users might, too. I'd like Creator to remind me or even do it automatically.

      Proposal 1:
      Rebuild the project when the next build/run/debug session is being started.

      Proposal 2:
      Ask the user immediately if they would like to rebuild the project.
