Adding build configuration for Symbian Emulator will add release configuration

    Description

      1. Open a project with a Symbian Emulator target.
      2. Go to Projects mode.
      3. In the Symbian Emulator target, add another build configuration.
        This will add two build configurations: Debug and Release. Only the debug configuration should be added since only this can be run by Creator.
