Miss a button at the" Project Setup" window On MAC

      Qt SDK version: 1.1 RC,
      Qt Creator Version: 2.1.83(2.2-post-beta) 7edf08feff

      Steps:
      0 open a new example application never opened before, and then go step 4.or follow step1-3.
      1 Install Qt SDK.
      2 Click finish at the meanwhile start Qt creator.
      3 Open an example application at welcome.
      4 "Project Setup " window pop-up

      Expected result:
      There also should be a "cancel" button, same as Windows and Ubuntu platform.

      Actual result:
      There is only one "done" button in this window.
