Tab in Application Output Window can't be closed if the device has disconnected

QTPSDK-SYM01 Compile project with Qt SDK and EGCC compiler and deploy application to HW

Preconditions:
Qt SDK installed to desktop. Qt Creator Started. Sˆ3 or 5.0 device connected to workstation with USB cable
in PC suite mode. TRK client installed to device (Can be installed from QT SDK shortcuts)

Steps:
1. Open Qt Welcome view from welcome button in left tab
2. Choose some Qt C++ Example from examples.
3. Choose "Qt X.X.X for Symbian^1 (Qt SDK)" for 5.0 device or "Qt X.X.X for Symbian^3 (Qt SDK)" for S^3 device and press "Finish" button.
4. Open projects view from left tab and choose example project tab just created from upper bar. Check that there is GCCE in tool chain
5. Open target selector with target selector button from left tab. Choose created example project from project selector. Choose Release to build version.
6. Press keys 'ctrl + r' (Short cut for run).
7. Check from compiler log that GCCE compiler were used. (First click "Edit" button in left bar, then "Compile Output" for lower bar)
8. Disconnect the phone before the project have been closed.
9. Try to close the tab "standarddialogs on Symbian Device" in "Application Output".

Actual Result:
1. Note "Application Still Running" prompt. But in fact, no application running at all.
2. No matter how to proceed, "Force Quit", "Keep Running" or close the note, the tab is still there, only the note is close.
