Qt folder and sub folder still exist after uninstall but qtcreator.exe can't be used

      Steps:
      Uninstall the Qt Creator 2.1.84 in control panel since there is no "Uninstall" or "Update".
      Actual Result:
      Qt folder and sub folder still exist.

      Steps:
      Run the qtcreator.exe in \Qt\qtcreator-2.1.84\bin.
      Actual Result:
      The application can't be launched and error message prompted. Please refer to uninstall_still_exist.JPG
