"Launching" progress bar will not disappear when debugger is invalid

      1. Open a project.
      2. Select a tool chain with an invalid debugger setting for this project.
      3. Try to run this in debugger.
        Creator will complain that the debugger setting is invalid. Fine.
        What's bad about it is that the progress bar will not disappear:
