incorrect behaviour and rendering when scrolling cppeditor

      The cppeditor shows some incorrect behaviour when the horizontal scrollbar is visible:

      • when scrolling up, part of the horizontal scrollbar is being copied to the line-numbers-area (see attached screenshot)
      • vertical scrolling by dragging the scrollbar with the mouse becomes impossible (using the mouse wheel works fine)
