Qt SDK 1.1: can't create sis untill device is connected to the PC

      Looks like there is no way to generate sis without pressing RUN button. Butt that require Symbian device to be connected. So, in case you just need to generate sis, you always will get "device is not connected" error messages in console.
      I don't see any way to disable deployment step in Targets\Symbian\Run window.
