Steps:
1. Create a project with Chinese name. (Qt Quick Project>Qt Quick Application. Mark the Simulator, and others are default)
2. Run the project.

Actual result:
Project could not start.

Expect result:
Project run as normal.

Comment:
If use English name, it will be fine.
