The page is a confusing mix of a publishing guide taking both Symbian Signed path and Ovi Publish signed path and putting them into a step by step task list which leads nowhere.

Take this for example:
"Submit the created .sis file to Application Signing Services for Ovi Store for certification.
Note: Ensure that your application complies with the Ovi Store publishing requirements."

Submit where? Why? How? How about if I don't submit anywhere, and just ignore this step? In 90% if the cases it would work just fine since I'm using the Ovi Publish and they will do the signing for me.
