Unable to set breakpoints in certain locations

    Description

      I'm trying to place a breakpoint inside an inline virtual function in a class.

      The debugger fails on startup with a message:

      Cannot insert breakpoint 1.
Error accessing memory address 0x8d: Input/output error.
