Killed applications result in two exit code messages

      Steps:
      1. Open the Qt Creator.
      2. Create Project... -> Qt Quick Project -> Qt Quick Application, select "Qt Simulator" as build target, default to finish.
      3. Run the application, close simulator by the 1st way. Please refer to "close_1.JPG".
      4. Run the application again, close simulator by the 2nd way. Please refer to "close_2.JPG".
      5. Run the application again, close simulator by the 3rd way. Please refer to "close_result_3.JPG".
      6. Compare these three results in "Application Output" tab.

      Actual Result:
      Different result when close Qt Simulator by different way.
