Steps:
1. Create a project. (Qt Quick Project>Qt Quick Application. Mark the Desktop, and others are default)
2. Go to 'Design' view. Drug and drop Border Image element from library to the curtain.
3. Go to Properties>Layout, click buttons 'set top anchor' and 'set bottom anchor'.
4. Don not change anything and click these two buttons again.

Actual result:
Image change the size automatically.
