Profiling Qml apps doesn't work on mac

When I start profiling QML I get a dialog box with:

Could not connect to the in-process QML debugger:
The application is not set up for QML/JS debugging.

(Clicking Help button shows me: "The page could not be found
'file:///Applications/creator-qml-performance-monitor.html
Error: Unknown error'")

I have checked:

• run configuration page: QML Debugger checkbox is on
• build configuration page: "Link QML debugging library" is on (I did compile it before)
