Run in terminal option does not work properly

      MS VC 2010 Express (x86)
      Qt version: 4.7.4

      Option "Run in terminal" does not work as expected for Qt Quick application.
      Any interaction with the console seems to be disabled. Output (created via qDebug(), cerr or cout) does not appear on the console. Input (cin) is completely ignored.

      When creating a Qt Console application - all the above mentioned IO functions work properly.
