There is no "continue" button when debugging stop at "main.cpp"

      Steps:
      1. In Creator go to 'File'->'New File or Project'.
      2. Create 'Qt Quick Application' with default settings.
      3. Add an break point at "main.app".
      4. Start debug.
      5. Debugging stop at the breakpoint in"main.cpp".

      Excepted result:
      there is a "continue" button show at console.

      Actually result:.
      there is no "continue" button ,and all other button been disabled.
