Creator does not recommend rebuilding after compiling QML debugging library

      When I open a QML project and build this, debugging does not work because the QML debugging library is not present. When I then compile the library, debugging still does not work because the project must be rebuild first. Creator should remind the user just like when toggling the checkbox (QTCREATORBUG-4633).
