Hue spin box is off by one

      1. Open tests\manual\qml\testfiles\states.qml from Creator's sources.
      2. Go to Design mode
      3. Select State 1.
      4. Select the rect element.
      5. Expand that color selection thingy for the rectangle.
      6. Select the text in the Hue spin box.
      7. Type a digit.
        The spin box will show this digit reduced by one.
