      Merge request #357

      RDA Deployment plugin needs to use packaging steps from RemoteLinux and qt-s60 targets.
      RemoteLinux deploy configuration is needed for full packaging options on Maemo and Harmattan targets.

      Needed classes exported and moved from Internal namespace.

      Symbian changes contain fix for proper checking of deploy configurations id
