Adding files to the project appears to be adding superfluous newlines to the end of the project file

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In the projects pane, right click and choose Add Existing Files.
      2. Select some files and click Open (OK).

      1 or 2 newlines are added to the end of the project file each time this is done.
