Opening binary files leaves empty entries in open editors window (Ctrl-Tab), leading to crash

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • open a file
      • open a binary file. (i.e. bin\QtCore4.dll)
      • close the binary file.
      • do Ctrl-Tab, you'll see an empty entry at the end of the list, see attached image
      • selecting this empty entry will crash Creator, see attached stacktrace
