Disabled buttons after building debug helpers

      After successfully building debug helpers most of the buttons (for rebuilding them) are disabled.
      (See attached png)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Menu->Tools->Options...
      2. Switch to Qt4
      3. Select one of the listed Qt versions
      4. open the Details view at the bottom
      5. Select Build All (or something else - except Build for the QML Dump)
