No more doxygen/qdoc tags autocompletion

      When typing into a documentation block (/*!), Qt Creator doesn't autocomplete the doxygen/qdocs anymore.

      With previous Creator's versions, when typing a '\' into a documentation block, the completer was shown and we could chose the corresponding tag we wanted. This feature doesn't work anymore.
