    Description

      I have an Intel Core i7 - 2820QM @2.30GHz 8,00GBs 64-bit OS Windows 7.
      I installed the full package of the Qt_SDK_Win_offline_v1_1_2_en.exe installer with no problems during installation.
      But when i start the Qt Creator or execute a *.pro file, the program interface takes about 15 min to open.
      I have rebooted and reinstalled many times and nothing.
      This also happened with the Qt_SDK_Win_offline_v1_1_3_en.exe package.
